Sneak Peak at Spring

We had a great Spring. The weather stayed nice and cool, which is great since we have no AC. We were able to do some fun family things, despite James' extremely busy schedule. We even got a trip in to California for Jeff's (James' little brothers) eighth grade graduation,
and to have an early first birthday party for Ben. I can't believe my baby is already a year (now almost 13 months). Time has gone by so fast, but then again it feels like he has always been here. I will make separate posts for those big events. Here is just a glimpse at some of our spring time fun.

Ben had a play date with Gavin. They really do have fun together, they just make a pack not to smile for the camera. Silly guys! They are happy boys, I promise.

We had our first family cookout on the new grill that was put in. James grilled for the first time and did a great job on our hamburgers, even though we lost one that fell down the grates. Ben enjoyed crawling around on the grass and playing in the sandbox.

Our apartment complex had an end of the school year bash. There was a cute petting zoo. Bentley was so funny with the little animals. At first he didn't even notice them and then he finally looked at the baby sheep sitting next to him and just stared at him or her for a while. He also shared an ice cream cone with me for the first time.

We went to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake. Ben wasn't totally interested yet, and it was a lot colder than we planned on. But it was a great time!
