Ben is making good progress at walking. He is definitely wobbly and looks a bit like Frankenstein when he does walk, but it makes me so proud to see him. He gets so proud of himself too. Whenever he gets close to reaching his destination (the couch from the chair, and vice-versa, for Mommy to Daddy) he starts to speed up and gets so excited. I can't believe how quickly my baby is growing up.
Walking also means the bumps and bruises are only just beginning. Check out the nice one he already has on his head. He got this nice shinier two days earlier. His skin is so sensitive that he bruises and marks easily, but he also developed a very nice bump. So James iced it, and Ben just lay there and let him ice his head for about ten minutes.
